The 6th International Conference on Dormice (Gliridae) will be held from 20th to 24th  September 2005 in Siedlce, Poland. The second circular has recently been published.
The principle host of the conference is University of Podlasie. The conference will focus on scientific research carried out on dormice. All contributions from various issues of dormouse biology are welcome. We will organize a mid-conference excursion to the Bialowieza Primeval
Forest which is a unique fragment of lowland natural forest that covered
this part of Europe in the past. We also plan to organize the
post-conference excursion to the Biebrza National Park which protects the biggest marsh area in this part of Europe.
The standard registration fee will be $65. Every effort will be made to keep the costs down. Mid-conference excursion, welcome party and banquet are included in the registration fee.
